As a woman in modern society and a product of a raising, I have always struggled with body dysmorphia. After giving birth ti came to a point that I would cover my mirror so I didn’t have to see myself. I have pushed and became the best me I can. I am a 14 year business owner, mother, wife and now sober advocate. Climbing those mountains were hard but climbing this giant mass of body issues has been a different challenge.
